Effortless job submission

Spending too much time collecting and arranging files for your print jobs? The flexible import options of AccurioPro Flux allow you to receive files in many ways, and automate import steps.

Direct import

Simply drag any file into AccurioPro Flux. Set up the file for printing by choosing from a list of preconfigured print products, or create a custom layout and settings on the fly. With our quick import feature, you can even apply preconfigured settings automatically, without using the import dialog and thus skipping some steps in the process.

Hot folders

Hot folders link directly to specific print products. Simply drag your print file into the corresponding folder, and the job is automatically set up with all your pre-defined settings, imposed and ready to print. This is perfect for quick, repeated setups of similar jobs. Additionally, hot folders are accessible through a local network webpage, making it easy to share them with colleagues and use them from any device, including Mac and Linux computers.

Virtual printers

These printers appear like regular printers on Windows and macOS systems, accessible via the print menu in any application. Users can print from any program that allows printing, irrespective of the file format. Similar to hot folders, each virtual printer is linked to a specific print product. Jobs submitted via virtual printers arrive in the job list preimposed and ready to print. No additional conversion to PDF format is required. Starting with AccurioPro Flux Premium, these printers can also be shared on your local network, allowing colleagues and team members to easily submit their print jobs. 

Flux Document Converter option

The Flux Document Converter option allows operators to import native MS Office, OpenOffice, and other file formats directly into AccurioPro Flux without the need for manual conversion. Simply drag and drop documents into the job list, or use any of the available import options for a streamlined workflow. This feature saves time and eliminates conversion steps, making it easier to handle a wide range of file types.

Receive jobs online

Accept jobs through the directly integrated online shop. Whether used as an open shop or as a closed shop selling to only a particular group of clients, the online portal lets users set up their prints just as they want them. Jobs arrive in AccurioPro Flux preimposed and ready to print, saving time and effort for operators.

Flux Printer client

The Flux Printer client enables colleagues to submit print jobs directly from their computers, enhancing efficiency within the organization. Available as both a standalone and web application, users on the local network can log in with their existing LDAP accounts and easily submit jobs, select print products, and customize their prints by choosing paper types, finishing options, and more. Once submitted, jobs arrive in AccurioPro Flux fully prepared for printing. This streamlined process saves operators valuable time and effort in the print workflow.

Submission options from external systems

QR code-based job tracking

QR code-based job tracking allows operators to efficiently update job statuses in real time from their mobile devices while working on print jobs, printing, finishing, or preparing orders for delivery. By scanning the QR code on the job ticket, operators can easily identify the job. Each workflow step can then be activated by scanning corresponding QR codes placed throughout the print room. This provides a seamless way to monitor job progress without interrupting workflow, keeping all team members informed.
