Highlights
Signature improvements
Version 10.4 introduces a variety of improvements to the signature editor, enabling operators to create and modify layout templates more quickly and efficiently.
Operators can now define global default values for signatures, including, for example, sheet format, register mark settings, barcodes and sheet information, and tailor them to their production environment. This significantly speeds up the creation of new signatures and makes it easier to standardise production setups. The signature editors also include many new placeholders that make it possible to add information about each job to each signature in the form of barcodes and sheet information.
Additionally, finisher barcodes and sheet information can now be placed on roll-to-roll signatures for label printing as well. Barcodes make it possible to apply offline finishing easily, while sheet information help identify and sort jobs.
By adding slitting lines to signatures, the original roll can be cut into several smaller, ready-to-use label rolls effortlessly after printing.
Enhanced Plockmatic/Intec/Morgana offline finisher support
The ColorCut Pro integration for Plockmatic, Intec and Morgana digital cutters that we introduced in the previous version has been expanded and optimized. The integration makes it possible to automatically export cutting lines from AccurioPro Flux that are automatically applied when the relevant job is placed into the offline finisher.
Operators can now export ColorCut files in portrait format. Additionally, job numbers can be printed on the sheet, making it easy to manually find the respective ColorCut file with the cutting lines in case settings have to be modified. By adding two QR codes to the sheet, the finisher identifies the cutting pattern and applies it correctly even if the sheet is inserted in the opposite direction. These improvements help reduce errors and simplify offline finishing workflows.
Unlimited Hot folders
For automated production environments, AccurioPro Flux Premium and Ultimate now support unlimited hot folders. The number of hot folders in AccurioPro Flux Essential remains limited to 100.
This is especially relevant for print operations that use many product-specific hot folders connected to external systems such as MIS platforms, shop systems, or automated prepress workflows. Removing the limit makes it easier to scale automation as the business grows.
Guest orders in the online shop
AccurioPro Flux Ultimate introduces a new option that allows customers to place orders in the built-in online shop without creating an account.
When enabled, users can check out as a guest. A verification email ensures the email address is valid, and a link in the order confirmation email allows customers to track their order status without an account.
